1. For me, it is market ethics model.

Given that the auction is for a kid of one of their employees

who requires financial support to live, they need to permit it to take place in the workplace in
this instance. Because life is valuable and we should take care of it, I do not see any violations in
this situation. I believe Angela's coworkers will comprehend this circumstance. An ethical choice
is likely to be in the middle of the spectrum. In other words, it implies moderation is morally
acceptable. By selling autographed recordings, Angela hopes to generate money for her child's
heart illness therapy. She intends to work with a bank manager to take advantage of the auction.
Whether they all agree or if they part ways will determine the outcome. Profiting from the
charity auction is the major objective, exemplifying "legal action that promotes profitability."
2. According to the situation, there is immoral activity, but there are also advantages to performing
such things. It simply relies on how we act or assume responsibility for the situation. The
situation feels like sacrifice to me. If you choose to take neither of the suggested actions, you will
still have to deal with the repercussions. But I personally go with the option that will help the
most people. Vince believes the Deputy Superintendent Mr. Simon's order to hire some laborers
to demolish the structure of the police station building to have a rehabilitation for their police
station is unethical behavior, which is the disagreement between belief and behavior in Vince's
situation. He believes that if he took that step, the public may lose trust in the government and
local public offices, and they might come under criticism if it is discovered that they committed a
mistake. The idea behind Vince's argument is that there is still another method to improve their
police station without engaging in immoral activities. He wants to defy Mr. Simon and take
another action that is moral to raise money for the renovation of the police station. Vince was
influenced by what Mr. Simon said. He had a second thought, realizing that Deputy
Superintendent Mr. Simon had a point as well. He has second thoughts because disobeying Mr.
Simon is another illegal act and Mr. Simon is higher in rank than him. In addition, if he did that, it
could be advantageous for the residents of the town, which would be unethical but
advantageous.
