Guidelines for ‘exercises’

▪ Be innovative and provocative


▪ Think of anything that can happen during the project
▪ There are no ‘unlikely’ or ‘ridiculous’ risks!!!
▪ Please put one idea per post-it note
▪ Write legibly
▪ Work quietly in the idea generation / posting phase
▪ Be as specific as possible and provide risk drivers
e.g. not “Potential problems in project communication”,
but “Communication problems that may stem from
unclarity in roles and responsibilities”
