ORDINANCE NO. 3, SERIES OF 2018
AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE NO HELMET POLICY INSIDE BARANGAY
MINAGBAG, QUEZON, ISABELA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF MINAGBAG, QUEZON,
ISABELA ON ITS REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED ON AUGUST 10, 2018

Section 1: PURPOSE: To ensure public safety and to avoid motorcycle-riding crimes inside
Barangay Minagbag.
Section 2. Motorcycle drivers entering inside the barangay shall remove full face helmets, tinted
visors, face masks, and any clothing that conceals the identity of a person.
Section 3. Residents of the barangay shall be allowed to confront the said motorists.
Section 4. Any person who will be caught violating this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of:
A. First offense: ₱200.00
B. Second offense: ₱300.00
C. Third offense: ₱500.00
Section 5: All fines derived from this ordinance will accrue to the General Fund of the Barangay.
Section 6: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval and copies of the same
shall be posted in conspicuous places within the barangay.
