1.2.2 Maintenance of Contractor's site staff office, stores, and facilities. 1 Item
1.2.3 Provision of Contractors site management, administrative and supervisory staff in adequate manner as per 1 Item
the Works needs.

1.2.4 Provision of all required equipment and tools for the successful execution of the Works such as but not 1
limited to :

1.2.9 Provide, erect and maintain of all necessary scaffolds, access ways, ladders and the like for the safe and 1 Item

1.2.10 Provision of all required progress site reports, photos, and other documentation as per the Conditions of the 1 Item
Contract.

1.2.11 Provision of all required shop drawings and samples as specified and required by the Engineer. 1 Item
1.2.12 Provision of all required Quality Assurance and Quality Control as required by the Contract. 1 Item
1.2.13 Provision for all inspections and testing necessary for the acceptance of the Works in accordance with the 1 Item
Specifications and the Conditions of the Contract.

1.2.14 Maintaining site hoarding and sign boards. 1 Item


1.2.15 Cleaning up and removal of rubbish during the progress of the Works to the satisfaction of the Engineer. 1 Item
1.2.16 The programme shall be updated each month to reflect actual progress at site 1 Item
1.2.17 Provision for reservation parking during execution of the project and paying DOT related charges/fees 1 Item
Allow for all obligations in accordance with the Contract, which are not mentioned above. The Contractor shall detail and price

1.3 Non-Recurring Preliminary Costs (Demobilization) incurred at the Completion of the Works
1.3.1 Demobilization and removal of all offices and facilities for the Employer and the Engineer including all 1 Item
services, furniture, equipment and fixtures.

1.3.2 Demobilization and removal of all offices, stores and facilities. 1 Item
1.3.3 Demobilization and removal of all equipment and tools. 1 Item
1.3.4 Provision of all required As Built drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and guarantees. 1 Item
1.3.5 Clearing up and making good site establishment after completion of the Works and demobilization. This 1 Item
includes re-instating surrounding areas affected by the construction works.

2 SITE CONSTRUCTION
2.1 Demolition ( IF NEEDED )
The contractor shall allow for demolition of existing building. Removal of reusable items shall be done by others before starting
2.1.1 demolition work. The cost of this item shall include the cost of clearing the site from N/A item
all derbies arising from demolition work and removal of all existing foundations and obstructing piles.
The reusable items are property of the owner and he has the right to appoint a third party to remove it and main contrctor to
2.1.1.1 support and facility this activity .incase the owner elect to assign this task to main contrctor N/A item
then contrctor to remove and transport to the stores of the owner /tion decided by the owner
2.2 Soil investigation
1. Soil Report is for Guidance. The contractor shall perform geotechnical and geophysical investigations as per tender
documents.
2. Minimum no. of boreholes for soil test shall be 4 boreholes, 3 to a depth of 25 Meters below ground level and one to a depth
of 35 Meters with at least 2 meters in the rock strata.
3. It is the contractor’s responsibility to check the soil bearing capacity and its ability to support the structure and the

the Contractor in coordination with the consultant and to get the necessary approvals from the related authorities then to be

2.3 Dewatering
Allow for design ,installing, maintaining and taking away upon completion, dewatering system as designed by a specialist firm
registered with ADCE and approved by the consultant engineer and local authorities, to lower the water level at least one
2.3.1 meter below bottom level of foundations and to keep all excavations free from water from whatever source. And to keep the N/A Item
site in a safe and secure working conditions all the time.
And should never stop until a written approval from the consultant engineer
