 ISF WORLD TEACHERS GAMES - OCTOBER 2024

PROGRAMME

1/ Outdoor Team Sport Activities between PE Teachers

Leading by example: ‘The teachers inspiring the pupils to practice sport’.

1500 international teachers’ participants from over 40 countries will participate in

several team outdoor sports activities to celebrate the importance of youth health
and wellbeing through physical education & sports at school. This activity will also al-
low teachers from different countries to build relationships together and exchange
information about their culture. The sport team should be mixed and would allow
people with disabilities to participate. Provisional Team sports proposal:

2/ Plenary presentations and Workshops sessions

PE Teachers sharing teaching challenges and innovation about engagement in Physical Education

Expert facilitators will conduct workshops for 1500 international participants who will share their innovative PE
Teaching tools and methodology to better engage young people in physical education and sports. These activities will be
balanced between plenary presentation and working groups sessions between the teachers.

3/ International conference
Advocating and making recommendations about PE engagement through schools and sport through schools

During the event, an international conference on the topics of Engaging Physical Education and physical activity of the
youth through school will allow to invite different Local, Regional, European, and international institution and organisation
to share their vision and plans. It will also be an important moment to highlight the host territory stakeholders’ vision in
this area. During this conference the results and outcomes of the workshops between the teachers will be shared and
promoted.

4/ Intercultural activities
This event will also be the occasion to organise during the week several intercultural activities which would allow all the
participants to discover the host city and region cultural, touristic, and gastronomic offers. For that the ISF and the host
will work together to define an attractive programme which would allow the organiser to highlight the specificities of the
host territory in this area. The Intercultural activities might take place in the evening in general or during one afternoon
during the event week.

 REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
The registration will be done through official ISF registration system ERAS. There will not be
teams number limitation. Participating delegations will be required to register their members
and make deposit payments. During this registration delegation shall enter:
Exact number of Athletes (boys/girls), coaches, and additional adults,
Event (by sport) the athletes will be registered.
Name, date of birth, gender.
NOTE: There will not be any limitation for the adults and parent's will be able to attend the event
by the same condition as all participants. After registration deadline, registration of additional
delegation members will not be possible.

COLLECTING THE DATA AND INFORMATION

After the registration process is finished, the delegation is expected to enter the exact
detailed information:
For each participant (passport, photo, dietary requirements, etc)
Upload all needed documents online.
Submitting the expected date of arrival and departure as well as the type of transport that
will be required.

 FINANCIAL CONDITIONS ISF EVENTS 2024

To participate, each delegation is required to make two (2) payments:

1. Deposit payment
2. Balance fee payment

1. Deposit payment

In order to submit and validate the registration, the delegation will need to pay a
deposit of 100€ per participant.

Please note that participation in the event is granted only by a deposit payment per
registered participant.
The sum will be deducted from the total participation cost.
The deposit must be sent as a single payment for the whole delegation
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of non-participation.
All banks charges are to be met by the participants.

If the deposit is not paid within the given deadline, the registrations will not be
considered valid and will be automatically deleted from ERAS.

2. Balance fee payment

The balance fee payment is the participation fee minus the deposit which has already been

paid.

The balance fee payment is to be paid before the start of the event to the LOC account (all

bank charges are to be met by the participating delegation).

Participation fee

The participation fee covers full board accommodation for the duration of the event
plus competition, cultural program activities, and all local transport from the arrival to
the official port of entry to the departure of the team.

The participation fee is composed of:

1. Rates by night: minimum 60€/night/delegation member
2. ISF levy:
100€ per person for ISF member
150€ per person for non-ISF members

ISF HEADS OF DELEGATIONS, COACHES AND REFEREES ONLINE WEBINAR

Financial condition
Below you will find the registration price for the different stakeholders:
· Head of Delegation (HoD): 150 euros
· Deputy Head of Delegation (if any): 150 euros
· Assistant to the Head of Delegation (if any): 150 euros
· Coaches: 150 euros
. Referee: 150 euros

Important:
The ISF member federations (or other organisation if they are not ISF members)
participating in the event will be responsible for covering the costs of the online course
for the representatives of their delegation for the categories above. The participating
organisation (ISF member or non-member) will receive in the general payment overview
for their participation in ISF events, the costs related to the courses for the Head of
Delegation and Coaches participating in the event.

Assessments & Certification

Following their active participation in the educational programme and webinars, the
participants will be kindly requested to take part in an assessment of knowledge for
each of the modules. This assessment will be available on the online platform of the
academy. Each participant will receive a link to complete these assessments.

In order to validate their certification, each participant must participate in the complete
webinars and complete the all the assessments.

To validate their certification, each participant must have a minimum of 50% success
rate to all the assessments.
Each participant certified will receive their diploma by email individually.
