Cluster Head – Job Description

Responsibilities:

 SALES
o Responsible for Show room sales, Monthly and Yearly Target Achievement
o Responsible for EBITA for each store
o Yearly and Monthly Sales Budget Planning, Target Distribution and Achievement
o Showroom wise Target distribution by reviewing the Area potentiality
o Category wise Target setting referring to the seasonability and company focus
o Ensure Top line Target on Monthly Basis by Showroom by Category
o Control and ensure target ASP by category
o Control and monitor discounting
o Ensure company retention/margin as per company guideline by category by brand
o Clearance of EOL model as per company guideline within stipulated time frame
o Maintain right balance between Focus brand and pull brand as per company guideline

 MARKETING ACTIVITIES
o Sales Promotion Plan and Implementation
o A&P Plan as per Event Calendar
o Corporate Exhibitions and Events Management
o In store Merchandise - Focus Brand and Pull Brand
o Coordination with Brands for the retail activation
o Leaflet printing and distribution
o On-line communication - mailer blast and sms blast
o Rate negotiation with local newspaper and agency to get the best rate
o
 RECRUITMENT & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
o Recruitment of Sales Manager, ASM, Sales Executive Cashier, Customer Care staffs in
coordination with HR
o Training Arrangement - Internal & Brand in coordination with HR
o Grooming, Team Motivation & lead them to follow company culture and policy to achieve
company Goal

 COMMUNICATION SKILL
o Weekly report - Every Monday
o Close coordination with DGM Operation & Category Managers - on Stock availability,
Product, Pricing, Promotion & Training
o Close communication with HR on HR related issues
o Close communication with Service manager on Installation and customer escalation
o
 COORDINATION WITH FINANCE COMPANIES
o Day to day dealing with finance companies on consumer financing and File disbursement
o Closely monitor and deploy local finance scheme in coordination with brands
o Plan & execute joint promotion with Finance companies

 SHOW ROOM OPERATION


o Stock Replenishment and Stock requisitions
o Loss prevention management, strict implementation as per company guide line
o Show room Sales staff management - Recruitment, Training, Transfer, Appraisal,
Discipline, Grooming and Team Motivational activities
o Showroom maintenance, Cleaning and Security Management
o Regular Showroom Visit
o Lead Showroom Managers with the Key responsibility of Sell-out
o Display Management, Display Plano gram management
o Every month Showroom stock auditing /checking, Physical and Book stock Matching
o Stock Ageing Control and liquidation of ageing stock from the showroom
o Showroom defective control, checking and prevention
o Sales Staff & Managers monthly incentive calculation, checking and submission
 MIS
o Market Mapping – Demographic
o Competitors Mapping - Price, Advertisement, Scheme
o Brand activities Mapping
o DSR preparation, Analysis & Action
o Any Market information - need to share in weekly report
 Qualification – Graduate with MBA
 Experience – Minimum 10 years
 Industry Background – Preferable worked in both IT/Mobile and consumer durable and retail
Industry
