    An API call is made to Mswipe to initiate a


    transaction with the given invoice number.

    1. The store partner selects the transaction


    on EDC machine and asks the customer to
    EDC Machine complete the transaction.

    2. The customer enters the card details and


    complete the transaction.

    A status check API call is happening (from Chai Point to


    Mswipe) every 15 seconds in the backend to check the
    transaction status.

    Chai Point Backend System

    Upon receiving the success or failure


    response from Mswipe, the Chai Point
    backend notifies the POS system about the
    transaction status, and an appropriate
    message is displayed to both the store partner
    and the customer.
