    SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR Microsoft (New Tenant)

    These Special Terms and Conditions (“STC”) shall apply to the Customer who avails/ed Microsoft product licenses
    provisioning in new tenant only from Tata Teleservices Limited (TTL).

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Customer hereby acknowledges and accepts that TTL shall provide and create new tenant for
    provisioning of Microsoft licenses, no licenses will be added on existing tenant.
    2. Customer further understands and agrees that in case of false declaration or human errors, licenses
    either will be cancelled, or fresh order with revised commercial will be required.
