1. “SPACE ONLY” EXHIBITORS

“Space Only” exhibitors who are building their own stands must inform the organizers of the
detail name of contractor & design, should be submitted on 25 May 2023. All space only exhibitors
must submit a detailed stand layout design with exact dimensions to the organizer for
approval. NO ADMISSION TO THE HALLS WILL BE PERMITTED UNTIL YOUR STAND
LAYOUT HAS BEEN APPROVED.

All contractors must sign the contractor agreement before they will be allowed to commence
work and may start construction at 9:00 AM on 22 July 2023.

We suggest exhibitors who choose the Space Only option to using stand contractors who
have been registered in Asperapi, link: Member (ieca.or.id) (please Search: Stand
Contractor)

Exhibitors using Package (stand option 2) may start work at 9:00 AM on 23 July 2023. Your
stand will be constructed on your behalf by our official contractor. Please inform the organizer
IMMEDIATELY if you wish to order furniture/ electricity etc. as supplies are limited.

4. BUILD-UP & DISMANTLING PERIODS​

Exhibitors building their own stand (stand option 1) may start construction at 9:00 AM on
22 July 2022.

Exhibitors using Package (stand option 2) may start work at 9:00 AM on 23 July 2022.

All stands must be fully completed by 10:00 PM on Monday, 24 July 2022

Note that from 22 - 24 July 2023, the halls will be closed strictly at 10:00 PM. Please
instruct your contractor about this deadline.

Dismantling of stands and/or removal of exhibits will start from Friday, 28 July 2023 at
5pm and OVERNIGHT till Saturday, 29 July 2023 at 8 am.

6. OFFICIAL FREIGHT FORWARDING​

Please make your bookings for freight forwarding and forklifts etc. immediately. Please do not
plan to use your own equipment or alternative contractors as these will be refused to
entry. Three approved freight forwarding contractors have been appointed as handling and
clearing agents for Food & Hotel Indonesia 2023. Full documentation, details of procedures,
scheduling of dates and cost estimates will be sent to exhibitors by these companies on
request.
