Requirements

Education MBA, PGDBA-HR or MSW


Additional Qualification B.tech preferred
Total Experience (Years) 8-12 years
Relevant Experience 8-10 years
Technical Qualifications Proficient in Advanced MS Excel & Powerpoint

Desired Profile 1. Proven working experience of minimum 8 years in Manufacturing


unit.
2. Independent Payroll Management as per Haryana & Karnataka Rules.
3. Good knowledge of Income Tax rules for Payroll Management.
4. Proficient in Payroll Compliances like PF,ESI,LWF,Professional Tax etc
to check Payroll from Outsourced agency.
5. Proficient in Statutory, legal and Factory compliances.

JOB Description 1. Handling Plant/Factories Act compliances for the A&D Group.
2. Understanding & Monitoring of various statutory returns
monthly/quarterly/annually for the A&D Group.
3. Overlooking all Labour compliances for the A&D Group.
4. Handling Internal/External HR & QMS Audits.
5. Good hands-on to overlook Recruitment process.
6. Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
7. Overlooking Training & development records as per QMS standards.
8. Setting up an Internal Audit mechanism for HR Systems & Processes
and thereafter conducting the audits regularly.
9. Setting up MIS processes for creating database of new Joinee +
Existing employee details + personal files.
10. Working Closely with A&D Group HR Head to raise Red flags from
analyzed Reports coming from all locations.
