▪ Key Job Responsibilities:


➢ Prepared and maintained MIS reports related to sales , stock Intending, Centre Assets and
managed sales cash and petty cash independently on Excel sheet and Handled operational
work on daily basis.
➢ Maintained proper client servicing through telephonic calls and through emails.
➢ Maintaining Asset verification report on monthly basis and sending it to the purchase
department further.
➢ Proper display of notice and policies on notice board with updated information from Head
Office.
Admin activities:

➢ Prepared Vouchers and cross verification of bills provided by the staff.


➢ Cash management ( Handling sales cash and petty cash on daily basis ) Maintain record in
Excel sheet and maintain hardcopies for the same work done on regular basis.
➢ Preparing month end reports and send them to the finance Department related to centre.
➢ Maintains fuel Reimbursement record on daily basis used by outsourced staff and further
send it to the purchase department regarding costs for utilizing a vehicle on weekly basis.

HR Activities:

➢ Joining formalities and documentation process for New Joiners.


➢ Coordinate joining formalities with candidate. Completing all joining formalities of the
selected outsource candidates.
➢ Maintaining record of Curriculum Vitae of the candidates come for interview.
➢ Generation of employee code and biometric attendance
➢ Handover of Appointment letter to the new Joiners.
➢ Preparing salary and incentives of outsourced employees.
➢ Maintain attendance record of office boy and further send it to the Head Office.

Exit Formalities:

➢ Sending email to Head office when an outsourced employee resigns.


➢ Follow up for checklists of belongings given to exit employee.
➢ Maintaining and updating resignation of outsourced yakult Ladies.
➢ Implementation of Absconding process.

HR Activities:

➢ Gather all resumes, update on Excel sheet.


➢ Oraganise interviews
➢ Sending an email and calls to the selected outsourced candidates and enlisting the
documents required with in a defined period.
➢ Procedure for opening Bank account of outsourced staff and other staff also.
➢ Sending Outsourced staff to the ESIC card camp.

Monitoring & Managing:

➢ Inventory & stationary as per office requirement.


➢ Data compilation from all branches of Senior Yakult Ladies for monthly meeting and
coordinate with all Centre’s with respect to Data.
➢ Full command over Excel work and presentations.
➢ Able to prepare minutes of meeting.
➢ Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in effective manner.

➢ Manage Marketing Manpower.


➢ Experienced to work on new product launches and sales.
➢ Recruit persons as per the company's requirement, conduct training sessions and take
briefings on day-to-day basics.
