how to handle costumer complaint. Make a script and present it to the class.

1. I CAN HEAR TOO MUCH NOISE IN MY ROOM.
WHEN PEOPLE BOOK A HOTEL ROOM, THEY EXPECT PEACE AND QUITE FOR RELAXING STAY. IF THE NOISE IS
COMING FROM THE OUTSIDE THE HOTEL, YOUR STAFF CAN OFFER TO MOVE THE GUEST UP SEVERAL
FLOORS TO GET THEM AWAY FROM THE NOISE.
