How to disassemble

Disassembling Picture

1. Separating the Rear Cover and Rear Cabinet /Stand

1. Separate the Rear Cover by pulling it away.

2. Remove the 14 screws.
3. Detach the internal fan connection cable slowly
and carefully
4. Separate the SMPS connection cable.

2. Separating the Main PCB

Remove the 2 screws and separate the 8

connected cables.

3. Separating the Wireless PCB

Remove the screw.

4. Separating the Tuner PACK

Remove the screw.

Carefully separate the Tuner PACK, which is held
on by 2 catches.

5. Separating the AUX-PCB and HDMI-PCB

Remove the 2 screws and separate the cable

connected to the AUX-PCB and HDMI-PCB.

6. Separating the AMP-PCB

Remove the 2 screws and separate the connected

cable.

7. Separating the AMP-PCB

Remove the screw.

8. Separating the Phone/USB PCB

Remove the screw.

9. Separating the DVD-Mecha

1. Remove the 2 screws. Separate the Holder

PCB Main.
2. Remove the 3 screws.

10. Separating the Power / Open PCB

Remove the 3 screws.

Remove the 2 screws.

11. Separating the FUNCTION

Remove the 3 screws and separate the cable con-

nected.

12. Separating the Front PCB

1. Remove the 3 screws and separate the

Central Cabinet.
2. Remove the 3 screws.

Disassembling Picture

1. You have to short the marked part on the

figure before separating the Flat Cable to
protect the Pick-Up.

2. Separate the Pick-Up Cable from the Holder.

3. Remove the 2 screws and separate the

Holder Cable.

4. Remove the 2 screws and separate the

Traverse-Deck.

5. After replacing the Traverse Deck, reassem-

ble in the reverse order.
