The undersigned, a 2nd-year student enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management program at
Citi Global College - Cabuyao Campus, is excited to share our upcoming Community Service project. Titled "Gift-Giving
Outreach Program," this initiative is an integral part of our Outreach Program for the subject of Risk Management,
focusing on Applied Safety, Security, and Sanitation.

Our program aims to bring joy and warmth to the residents of Barangay Dos (RILES), Cabuyao, through a gift-
giving event scheduled for December 8, 2023. The focus is on fostering a sense of community, providing inspiration to the
students, and garnering ongoing support for school initiatives, ultimately influencing the society associated with Citi Global
College.

In light of this, I kindly request your esteemed office's approval for the students' involvement in this meaningful
outreach program. Our students are well-informed and comprehend their responsibilities. We acknowledge explicitly that
any unforeseen incidents beyond the control of the professor/instructor and the institution are not the responsibilities of
