Baclaran Parañaque City for value received, hereby acknowledge my indebtedness to Paul
Clinton Napuente

I promise to pay the amount of PESOS: TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000) on or before
DECEMBER 26, 2023 without a need of a demand.

I understand and agree to pay 5% interest per month/year starting from the date indicated on this
Promissory Note until full payment.
