Bunny Chow Poutine Hákarl

The name of this dish probably
makes you think of Bugs Bunny.
But there aren’t any rabbits in
bunny chow. This meal is a big
piece of bread with curry inside
it.
Traditionally, poutine is a dish
of chips, soft cheese and
brown gravy – a type of meat
salsa. Today, people add
many other things to poutine.
Hákarl is shark meat … old shark
meat. To make hákarl, you must
first put the shark under the
ground for 6-12 weeks. Then,
leave it to dry for several months.
