A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AIR
በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ
SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
መንግሰት እና በፊሊፒንስ ሪፐብሊክ መንግሥት GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL
DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND
መካከል የተደረገውን የአየር አገልግሎት ስምምነት THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE
ለማፅደቅ የወጣ አዋጅ PHILIPPINES

በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ WHEREAS, the Air Service Agreement

ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት እና በፊሊፒንስ ሪፐብሊክ
መንግስት መካከል የአየር አገልግሎት ስምምነት
መስከረም ፳፰ ቀን ፪ሺ፯ ዓ.ም. በማኒላ የተፈረመ
በመሆኑ፤
ይህንኑ ስምምነት የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ
ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የህዝብ ተወካዮች ም/ቤት
ጥቅምት ፳፫ ቀን ፪ሺ፲ ዓ.ም ባካሄደው ስብሰባ
ያፀደቀው በመሆኑ፤
between the Governments of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the
Government of the Republic of the Philippines was
signed in Manila on the 08th day of , October
2014;
WHEREAS, the House of peoples’
Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic
of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its
session held on the 2nd day of November, 2017;

በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ NOW,THEREFORE, in accordance

ሪፐብሊክ ሕገ መንግሥት አንቀጽ ፶፭ (፩) እና (፲፪) with article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of
መሠረት የሚከተለው ታውጇል፡፡ the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is
hereby proclaimed as follows:

ይህ አዋጅ “በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ
ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት እና በፊሊፒንስ ሪፐብሊክ
መንግስት መካከል የተደረገ የአየር አገልግሎት
This Proclamation may be cited as “the Air
Service Agreement between the Government of
the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and
the Government of the Republic of the Philippines

2. Ratification of the Agreement
፪. ስምምነቱ ስለመፅደቁ
The Air Service Agreement signed in Manila on
በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ
the 08th day of October 2014 between the
መንግስትና በፊሊፒንስ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት Government of the Federal Democratic Republic
መካከል መስከረም ፳፰ ቀን ፪ሺ፯ ዓ.ም. በማኒላ of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic
የተፈረመው የአየር አገልግሎት ስምምነት በዚህ of the Philippines is hereby ratified.
አዋጅ ፀድቋል፡፡
3. Implementing organ
፫. አስፈፃሚ አካል
The Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority is
ይህ ስምምነት በሥራ ላይ እንዲውል የማድረግ hereby empowered to undertake all acts
ሥልጣን ለኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል አቪዬሽን ባለስልጣን necessary for the implementation of the

4. Effective Date
፬. አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ
This Proclamation shall come into force upon
ይህ አዋጅ በነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን publication in the Federal Negarit Gazettee.
