instrumentation and monitoring works at MRTS Thiruvanmiyur railway
station.

Dear Sir,
We are in receipt of Contractor’s letter cited vide Ref No.4 wherein the Contractor has requested the
Employer to issue a recommendation letter to the Railway Protection Force (RPF) Authority for
carrying out the Instrumentation and Monitoring Works at Thiruvanmiyur MRTS Station.

Vide cited letter Ref No. 3, the Southern Railways Authority has already accorded permission to carry
out the instrumentation works at the Station premises. However, during the course of I&M Works,
RPF intervened and are seeking an additional letter from the Employer to their Authority to carry
out the said Works.

In view of the above context, the Engineer requests the Employer to issue a letter to the RPF
Authority (Address Details provided below) for carrying out the Instrumentation Works at
Thiruvanmiyur MRTS.
