IS TIKTOK FOR TEENS?
I have been using tiktok for many years, now many
problems about tiktok are developed. Tiktok is an application to
share videos of teens doing funny dances or cute animals doing tricks. But it’s more than
that. Since every social media has pros and cons, tiktok also has its own advantages and
disadvantages. But today the negative effects of tiktok are growing more and more. I don’t
know if it’s more harmful or not. Tiktok has unlimited content, as a consequence people
spend a lot of time in the application. In many schools, students are being bullied at
Tiktok. Some students are making fun of each other’s videos, while others are making videos
just to ridicule their classmates.The challenges of partner social medias are an easy way
to win likes, but some of the challenges are not appropriate for teens. In tiktok, popular
boys and girls are modern and beautiful. If we have an account in it, we can feel that we
have no use. Maybe tiktok has positive effects, but I don’t know what they are. But it’s
affecting the mental health of many people, thinking that doing anything for views and
followers won’t matter , it can cause damage to someone mental health. There were cases
where children self-mutilated or faced other problems, such as anorexia and bulimia,
because of social media.
