INSTEAD DO THE FOLLOWING:
Eat Small Frequent Meals (Every 3 to
4 Hours). Chew Slowly and Carefully (DO NOT Eat in a Rush) High Fiber Foods (All Whole Grains, Fruits and Vegetables Including Beans, Chibwabwa, Cabbage etc.) However, if you notice any foods that cause YOU discomfort DO NOT STOP eating but, reduce the frequency. Take Warm Fluids 30 Minutes Before or/and After ingesting. Have some antiacids and Paracetamol on Standby. Use Natural Spice Herbs Moderately as they Grow in Nature if You Wish.
