7 Week Lenten Journey Series

Monday Evenings 6:00-7:30pm

The Catholic Church, especially under John Paul II and Benedict XVI, has identified
“RELATIVISM” as one of the most significant problems for faith and morals
today. According to the Church, relativism is a denial of God’s “TRUTH” and gives
permission to individuals to accept any lifestyle without the principles of what is right and
wrong.
This series…

1. will explore the differences between the “modern” and “classical” (Catholic) view of today’s moral
issues.
2. will help us understand the difference between making a judgment and judging a person’s soul.
3. will reveal how relativism is not a neutral ideology. “It wounds people” and “is the spiritual
poverty of our times.” (Pope Francis)

witnesses to the “TRUTH”
Par cipants are welcomed to a end any number of the sessions. We also encourage a ending all 7 weeks to
get the full impact of the message.
