9 HEALTHY TIPS

EAT HEALTHY
Maintain a complete and healthy diet,
eating three meals a day and snacks.

SLEEP WELL
Follow a sleep schedule and sleep 8 hours.
Avoid drinking caffeine at night and avoid using
your cell phone to rest.

DO SPORT.

hours Improves our mood, strengthens our immune
system.

MEDITATE.
Choose comfortable clothes, a quiet place and focus
your attention on your breathing. It can help manage
stress and sleep better.

PLAN YOUR DAY


Make a list of tasks and prioritize among them. Sort
tasks by time, priority, or deadline.

AVOID UNHEALTHY THINGS.


Do not consume alcohol, tobacco and drugs.
