A. Introduction of Attendance  Faculty – Member of the faculty for SY
2023 – 2024 went up front and introduced
themselves individually.
 Parents – Parents introduced themselves
according to the grade level of their
children in REGINA COELI.
B. School Updates 1. School Gate
1.1 The school gate along Vista Verde has to
be opened inasmuch as the road connecting
Vista Verde and Del Mundo Village on which
the official gate of the school is situated
completely closed by the Vista Verde
officers. The staff house where the faculty
members reside has to be demolished to pave
the way for a space for the school entrance.
2. Air Conditioning units
2.1 Air conditioning units are now being
installed in the classrooms. The school hopes
to furnish all the classroom in REGINA
COELI with aircon facilities during the
school year 2023 – 2024.
3. School Canteen
3.1 The school canteen shall be fully
functional with the resumption of full face-to-
face classes.
4. Conference Hall
4.1 The school conference hall is now being
used for seminar and formation activities
conducted by the school and/or the parish.
5. School Service
5.1 The school service shall accommodate
students living in the nearby area.
C. Flag Ceremony  The Flag Ceremony shall be every
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:45
AM.
D. Student’s Handbook 1. The Class Advisers shall help students
 highlight selected parts in the Student’s
Handbook.
2. Parents are advised to read the Student’s
Handbook for guidance.
E. School Calendar  Each student shall be provided with a
copy of the SY 2023 – 2024 school
calendar.
F. Face – to – Face Classes  The first day of classes and electing of
Homeroom PTC officers is on Monday,
August 14, 2023.
