That I, DOMINGO CAMAYANG CASTRO, of legal age, Filipino with

residential address at Zone 45, St.843 Bldg.68 Matar Qadeem, Doha Qatar has
NAMED, CONSTITUTED AND APPOINTED and by these do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, LUZVIMINDA CASTRO of legal age, Filipino
citizen and with residential address at 27 Agno Ext., Hilltop, Brgy. Tatalon,
Quezon City, to be my true and lawful and legal representative to act for and in
my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

a) To represent me in Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver of

Rights involving the following properties 1) house and lot located at 27
Agno Ext., Hilltop, Brgy. Tatalon, Quezon City and lot covered by TCT
No. 303237 particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 2, Block 4 of the consolidation subds. plan Bcs-04000118, being a
portion of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 12 Blk. 528 Bcs-3824, Rec. No. 917, situated in Quezon
City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4, Blk. 4, on the SE.,
along line 2-3 by Alley Lot 1, on the SW., along line 3-4 by Alley Lot 1, and on the NW.,
along line 4-1 by Lot 4 all of the consolidation- subd. plan. Beginning at a pt. marked
“1” on plan, being N. 85 deg. 34 E., 2749.68 m. from CBN No. 37 Manila Cad; thence S.
43 deg. 03 min. E., 8.00 m. to pt. 2; thence S. 46 deg. 57 min. W., 7.00 m. to pt. 3;
thence N. 43 deg. 03 min. W., 8.00 m. to pt. 4; thence N. 46 deg. 57 min. E., 7.00 m. to
pt.of beginning; containing an area of FIFTY SIX (56) SQ. M. All pts. referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. conc. mons. 15x60; all

2732 particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 1917, of the Cadastral Survey of Solana, Cad. No. N-15, L.R.C.
Cad. Record No. N-206), with the improvements thereon, situated in the Municipality of
Solana, Province of Cagayan. Bounded on the NB., points 3-4, by Road; on the NE.,
points 4-1, by Road; on the SW., points 1-2, by Lot No. 1916; and on the NE., points 2-3,
by Lot No. 1910. Beginning at the point marked “1” on plan, being n. 81 deg. 33” N.;
729.91 m. from B.B.N. No. 14; thence

N. 16 deg. 22’N., 31.33 m. to point 2;

N. 65 deg. 51 N., 33.86 m. to point 3;
N. 8 deg 00’ N., 32.27 m. to point 4;
N. 65 deg. 45’N., 29.13 m. to the point

of beginning; containing an area of NINE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN (977)

b) To sign and execute the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with

Waiver of Rights of Manuel Castro, papers, agreements, contracts,
affidavits and all documents relative thereto involving the house and lot
located at 27 Agno Ext., Hilltop, Brgy. Tatalon, Quezon City and lot
covered by TCT No. 303237 at Brgy. Natappian, Solana, Cagayan covered
by OCT O-2732 particularly described in the preceding paragraph.

c) To perform all acts necessary and proper to attain the foregoing powers
and functions.
 HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in–fact full powers
and authority to do and perform any and every act whatsoever requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power
of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that the
said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
