TRANSFER, and CONVEY the above-described motor vehicle including its franchise with
authorized route, IC- STA. BARBARA V AQUINO AVE/TO ANY POINT OF PANAY unto the said
EDGAR CLAUDIO O. SUMIDO, to his heirs, assigns, successors-in-interests free from any lien
and encumbrances.
