Job Description: Finance Intern

Position Title: Finance Intern

Department: Finance
Location: Mandaluyong

As an Finance Intern, you'll work with our Finance and Accounting team to learn the ropes of
financial recordkeeping, data analysis, and reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience
in real-world accounting tasks, finance operations and a chance to learn and contribute to our
financial activities.

Data Entry and Recordkeeping:

 Input financial data into various systems accurately and efficiently.
 Organize and maintain financial records (e.g. invoice/receipt) ensuring data integrity.
Reconciliation:
 Support reconciliation processes for bank statements, accounts payable, and
accounts receivable.
Month-end Closing:
 Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Financial Analysis and Expense management:
 Learn to analyze financial data and help create reports for the team.
 Help track and analyze company expenses.
Audit Support:
 Participate in audit procedures as required.(e.g. Inventory and Cash counts)
Process Improvement:
 Share ideas on how we can do things more efficiently.
Collaboration:
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and support financial
initiatives.
 Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Ad Hoc Projects:
 Jump in on special projects and team efforts.
 Train to be the finance lead in the assigned hub/location during Campaigns

Qualifications:
 Currently studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
 Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
 Good with details, organized, and a problem-solver.
 Can work well both independently and with a team.
