AGREEMENT

An agreement has been made between M/s QMAM JABEL AL HAIL ENT. (First party) and Mr.ABDULLAH
BADAR SALIM AL KINDI. (Second Party),The first party will under take the works for Internal electrical,
plumbing & sanitary works (labor only)for the second party’s house (Villa 1) under construction at Al Seeb ,Al
Mabbblah South Plot No 4055 Phase 5 the under mentioned rates.

Electrical plumbing & sanitary works

Rate per Sqmtr R.O 3.600/- x Total build up area 421 sqmtr - Total RO 1515.600/-

Grand total for the both electrical, plumbing R.O 1515.600/-

Completion Period : according to civil works

The Payment schedule agreed mutually which is mentioned below.

Mode of Payment - Cash

Terms of Payment
: First Payment – RO.150.000/- After First Concrete
: Second Payment – RO.150.000/- After Second Concrete
: Third Payment – RO.500.000/- After concealing
: Fourth Payment – RO.550.000/ -Completion of the work and Before MZEC Inspection
: Fifth/final Payment – RO.165.600/- with in 10days after Commissioning (PDC for 10days from the date of
MZEC Service connection)

The second party will provide all materials at site on time. The first party will do the labor work including hand
tools & power tools for the completion of the project.

The second party undertakes to make intermediate payments as per the progress of work

The First party will provide skilled electricians & plumbers complying with all the regulation of the Ministry of
Manpower relevant during construction
