“ARESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE DISASTER RISK REDUCTION

CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION (DRR-CCA) ENHAANCED PROVINCIAL
DEVELOPMENT AND PHYSICAL FRAMEWORK PLAN (PDPFP) 2023-2028”

WHEREAS, the Province of Misamis Oriental, pursuant to the Local Government Code of 1991
(Republic Act 7160) is preparing its Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan
(PDPFP) for the period 2023-2028;

WHEREAS, the Misamis Oriental PDPFP 2023-2028 shall embody the framework of
development that the provincial government will pursue within the next six years, articulating the
development priorities of the citizenry and the development agenda-PAGLAUM- of the new
provincial leadership;

WHEREAS, the PDPFP will serve as a keep vertical influence in linking provincial development
objectives with regional and national policies and priorities;

WHEREAS, the PDPFP will encapsulate the priorities of the cities and municipalities of the
province.

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation and motion of ________________________ and

duly seconded ______________________.

RESOLVED as the body resolved to endorse the Disaster Risk Reduction Climate Change
Enhance Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) CY 2023-2028 to the
Sangguniang Panlalawigan for their approval and adaption.
