WHAT YOU’LL DO
ABOUT YOU
• Engage in overall M&E implementation, support quantitative and qualitative data collection
and analysis efforts and monitor and follow up ongoing evaluations, performance
monitoring, learning and capacity-building activities in the field.
• Monitor the field activities based on the project implementation plan using Project
monitoring and evaluation tools and procedures.
• Assist in developing operational monitoring tools (e.g., checklists, questionnaires,
databases, interviews, and survey forms, etc.)
• Collect, enter, and analyse data on monthly basis, depending on project requirements,
while ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Provide timely inputs to the Producer unit team for new initiatives and improvements on
M&E issues.
• Treat and analyse the data against performance indicators, and inform promptly when
progress against project indicators is ahead or behind target;
• Assist in the finalization of quarterly, annual and final reports;
• Assist in the statistical analysis (using excel or an equivalent tool) for impact assessments;
• Support in the processes for mid and/or final-term evaluations;
• Support in the program learning activities and analysis.
• Perform other duties as required and requested

Education & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in M&E of projects.

Personal Characteristics
• Strong knowledge of BCI Production principles and Criteria.
• Strong understanding of M&E of projects and developing evaluation reports.
• Experience in implementation/team building, preferably in a development cooperation
context.
• Must have at least one year of experience in supervisory roles, preferably in the agriculture
sector.
• Proven networking, team-building, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to plan work schedules to meet agreed deadlines.
• Experience and ability to work under pressure and within limited timeframes
• Experience in TNA, Training Design, Training Material development and Training
Evaluations.
• Willingness for field visits to interiors of lower Sindh for meetings with farmers.
• Strong technical report writing skills
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
