4.1 Price:
The price quoted is in USD and excludes all expenses and taxes, duties or charges resulting from administrative and legislative regulations in force in the Buyer’s
country of importation.
4.2 Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA), Deposit and Pre-Buy Inspection (PPI):
The Deposit shall be placed within 5 business days from execution of a mutually agreeable SPA. The PPI shall be performed within 10 days from Deposit receipt
by the Seller.
4.3 Delivery:
The helicopters will be delivered airworthy and fully up to date, in as-is where is conditions as defined in the SPA together with the Additional Services included in the sale.
The first aircraft will be delivered within 10 weeks from the receipt of the Deposit in the Seller’s bank account. The remaining units will be delivered at a rate of one per
month after the delivery of the first aircraft.
4.4 Validity:
The price and delivery offered in this proposal are strictly subject to the aircraft availability on a first come first served basis.
4.5 Terms of Payment for the Helicopter:
Our standard payment terms are as follows:
Deposit: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price will be required in order to reserve the aircraft for the Buyer and to be able to perform the Pre-Purchase
Inspection.
Second Payment: A second payment of forty-five percent (45%) of the contract price will be required after the
acceptance of each aircraft at Leonardo Helicopters Part 145 in Cascina Costa, Italy.
The balance payment of five percent (5%) of the contract price will be due upon arrival of each
Balance Payment: aircraft in the destination country (Laos) and prior to the transfer of ownership.
