TECHNICAL & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Purpose :

1. Provide pre-sales technical product development and work on after-sales support services and
provide technical back up as required.
2. To support clients with product or service best
3. Develop long-term relationships with clients, by arranging and carry out product training through
managing and interpreting their requirements and act as key point of contact for clients and
provide both pre and after-sales advice.
4. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs

Role & Responsibilities :

• To enhance market knowledge and related business development

• To advise of product formulation, request product samples and cooperate with distribution
department to send it to customers, conduct trial at customers and provide customer training of
product knowledge and trouble shooting
• To coordinate laboratory test for film or resin samples at principal Laboratory facility
• To coordinate and encourage sales & customer to deal commercially
• To update PE products and analyze PE & PP import data statistic

Requirements :

• S1 / Diploma Level majoring in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Material or other

Technical/Chemical background
• Fresh Graduate
• Good Personal Communication Skills
• Good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and more on accuracy
• Multi task, endure pressure, good in details
• Keen to learn and open to new things, with good attitude and mature as Team Player
