Project Scope and Objectives:

This project includes a vast requirement list particularly for Trading Concerns, which includes (Inventory
Management (Advanced) + (E Commerce Integration), Sales and Receivables (Integrated Model with
POS), Purchases and Payables (With permissions, interactive dashboards, advance credit management),
Accounting and Finance Module, Daily Wagers Management, Fleet Management, HRMS, BRS, and

Project Team:

Mubashar Aslam, Nouman Sabir, Umer Aziz.

Challenges Faced:

 Primarily Challenges:
o Umer Aziz met an accident, remained on leave for a month, rejoined and worked on
TCG / LiveChat for 16 days and resigned.
o Mubashar Aslam met an accident, remained on leave for 10 days, Mubashar requested
for work from home in October for marriages in family.
o Product faced a hard time when data load increased to 10,000 records, and we had to
optimize the product which took almost 3 weeks.
o Continuous shortage of .Net Developers.
 Secondary Challenges:
o Client requirements and timeline provided should had a provision of Primarily
Challenges + Timeline quoted to client was not thoroughly analyzed)
o Client’s continuous requirements (exceeding the Wishlist)

Key Achievements:

 Product Maturity (Advanced Enhancements) for Traders

 Permanent removal of bugs.
 The techniques used, bugs identified in PKG and TCG served as a benchmark to make a
change in bureaucratical ERP and made the product a workable solution.
 GitHub Code Management.

Lessons Learnt / Future Recommendations:

 Functional Side to discuss and agree on client’s requirements (example: as in project

acceptance phase, client was briefed on purchase and payables module of the system and
client accepted the flow and features, however, if at that moment all features and flow
presented to the client had been locked and made part of the contract list, client wouldn’t
have demanded customization in current flows)
 Product Load Testing should have been carried a long way back, however, now we should
include load testing in our regular recurring work.
 Integration Coordination between php and .net developers.

Project Current State:

 Project was operated identical and it worked surprisingly well (as expected bugs vs actual
bugs variance was low)
 Project is on its last milestone (Reporting Enhancement)

Project Completion:

 Functional Phases on the project are already competed and tested by the client.
 Last milestone is project to be closed in 1st week of January 2024.

Client Name: Al Ghani Garden

Project Scope and Objectives:

This project relates to Real Estate Industry, modules covered in this project were (Inventory
Management (Files) + (Plots/Apartments), Sales and Receivables (Installment Plans + Enhanced
Reporting), Purchases and Payables (With permissions, interactive dashboards, advance credit
management), Accounting and Finance Module, Project Costing, HRMS, and Reporting).

Project Team:

Zain ul Abideen, Mohsin, Mubashar Aslam.

Challenges Faced:

 Primarily Challenges:
o We didn’t have a resource to move with this project and we hired Zain ul Abideen who
worked from home while the development pace and quality remained vulnerable.
o Mohsin was requested to move this project, who worked on the project and made some
improvements, however Mohsin work quality was satisfactory while timely delivery was
still in a risk.
o Mubashar continued the work while working on multi projects and completed it.
o Continuous shortage of .Net Developers.
 Secondary Challenges:
o Client requirements changed with respect to their newly hired ERP Lead at their
company.
o Client’s continuous requirements (exceeding the decided customizations)

Key Achievements:

 Prompt decision of using TCG release to carry on with real estate customizations saved the
product from Optimization work, Provided client an ease (Automation of setups, journals,
and flows)
 Product Maturity (Advanced Enhancements) for Real Estate (Particularly the real estate
reporting – Allotment Letters, Files, Contracts, Agreements etc.)

Lessons Learnt / Future Recommendations:

 Development resource to be available + to have sufficient experience while allotting/starting

the project.

Project Current State:

 Project is live, and working Fine.

Project Completion:

 Project is Completed.
 No new development is being done in the project.
 Customizations are being received (Post Implementation)

Client Name: Datics

Project Scope and Objectives:

This project relates to Service Based Industry operating in multi-currency, a model with multi-currency
transactions and reflections is designed for the client including (Inventory (Service Inventory)
Management, Sales and Receivables (Multi Channel Clients), Accounting and Finance Module, Project
HRMS, Reporting, and Multi Currency Highly Elaborative and Interactive Dashboards).

Project Team:

Nouman Sabir

Challenges Faced:

 Primarily Challenges:
o Continuous shortage of .Net Developers as Nouman worked on Datics and other clients
simultaneously.
 Secondary Challenges:
o No direct coordination with the client.
o Training issue of Tagm Resources.
o Post Implementation Change Request.

Key Achievements:

 Timely Delivery with Null/Zero Bugs.

Lessons Learnt / Future Recommendations:

 Users of ERP to be trained and shouldn’t be allowed to directly start with live data without
training.
Project Current State:

 Project is live, and working Fine.

Project Completion:

 Project is Completed.
 New additions demanded are completed and conveyed.

Client Name: Auto Dai Saigal

Project Scope and Objectives:

This project relates to Traders in whole sale and Retail Business Industry, modules covered includes
(Inventory Management (Advanced) + (E Commerce Integration), Sales and Receivables (Rights,
Interactive Dashboard, 4 Channel Sales Platform, Stagging, Multi Pricing), Purchases and Payables (With
permissions, interactive dashboards, advance credit management), Accounting and Finance Module,
Daily Wagers Management, Fleet Management, HRMS, BRS, and Reporting).

Project Team:

Maqsood

Challenges Faced:

 Primarily Challenges:
o Continuous shortage of .Net Developers as Maqsood worked on ADS while working
03/04 hours daily for us.
o As we had to compete the TCG first to continue with ADS, hence last delivery of TCG
impacted ADS.
 Secondary Challenges:
o Client requirements at the time of project acceptance were different, and later on
changed)
o Client’s continuous requirements (exceeding the Wishlist)

Key Achievements:

 Traders release with POS features within the .Net ERP.

Lessons Learnt / Future Recommendations:

 We shouldn’t agree on 02 similar projects of a client unless we get a good monetary value or
we avoid accommodating the changes or customizations.

Project Current State:

 Project is complete and waiting for client to test it.

Project Completion:

 Project is Completed (Dec, 2023)

Client Name: Bdot Buy
Project Scope and Objectives:

This project relates to Drop shipping plus wholesales business model and includes following main
modules Inventory Management + Drop shipping and Wholesales and Receivables (Rights, Interactive
Dashboard, Stagging, Filtration), Agent Management plus controlled logins, Purchases and Payables
(With permissions, interactive dashboards, advance credit management, Bidding Concept enrolled,
Multi-Currency), Accounting and Finance Module, Fleet Management, HRMS, BRS, and Reporting
(Enhanced Analytics)).

Project Team:

Nouman Sabir

Challenges Faced:

 Primarily Challenges:
o Continuous shortage of .Net Developers as Nouman Sabir was on internship when he
started this project and at the beginning it had quality assurance issues)
o Nouman Sabir had to see multi projects when Mubashar had an accident.
 Secondary Challenges:
o Client requirements were all verbal, even after sharing the minutes to the client, client
requested for changes at multiple forums stating project isn’t completed yet and he
should have the opportunity of having the customizations done.
o Due to enhanced features, multi logins of vendors for bidding, and sales agents,
BdotBuy release is slow, it is being optimized.

Key Achievements:

 BdotBuy is working on our release from 1st June, 2023, and as their business activities are
healthy, there is much data on ERP and this marks our success story for being able to get the
ERP Implemented at such volatile sector with stats/financial/flow accuracy.

Lessons Learnt / Future Recommendations:

 Flows once agreed shouldn’t be customized and if this is accommodated, there should be a
test environment to test the changes or developer should test the development.
 Active Month and Date work of .Net ERP needs to be validated with multi checks so in
neither case the journals shouldn’t be disturbed.

Project Current State:

 Project is complete and client is live.

 Currently we receive the bugs or minor customizations (report to be attached, filtration etc.)
 Release speed optimization work is handed over to Qaiser.

Project Completion:
 Project Completed (Nov, 2023)

Client Name: Fast Engineering

Project Scope and Objectives:

This project relates to HRMS Model for an industry that is engaged in employee outsourcing and has
multi regions/cities and locations. Filtration and Rendering of screens and records according to the
region, city, location, clientage and work domain.

Project Team:

Mubashar Aslam, Waleed, Qaisar, Ebaad

Challenges Faced:

 Primarily Challenges:
o Mubashar resumed the work of Umer Aziz who left the HRMS work at 80/90% and
testing was remaining at the moment.
o A real challenge was to streamline the already completed work and remove the bugs.
o No dedicated resource worked on HRMS.
o Multi resources worked on it for optimization and other work, primarily Mubashar.
o 3rd party libraries used in this project are making it slow. Removal of 3rd party libraries
will take time plus to re do work with existing libraries of .net asp.
 Secondary Challenges:
o Client changed the requirement when it was ready for implementation and asked for 5
parameters (Region, City, Location, Work Domain, and Clientage)

Key Achievements:

 Fast Engineering made us attend this HRMS Release, otherwise in current situation with
tight schedules and shortage of staff, it wouldn’t have been possible for us to make
improvements in the HRMS.

Lessons Learnt / Future Recommendations:

 If one resource who has worked from scratch in a release leaves immediately, then we
should immediately plan project rescue services by allotting a senior developer to look after
and study the work done and move it to completion.

Project Current State:

 Project is complete and client data is feeded in the system.

 02 online meetings have been conducted to train and present the live data and workings of
HRMS.

Project Completion:
 Project Completed (Dec, 2023)

Client Name: Auto Guru

Project Scope and Objectives:

This project relates to ERP Model for automobile resellers business, this model includes (Inventory
Management (for cars) + (E Commerce Integration), Sales and Receivables (Installments and Reporting),
Purchases and Payables (With permissions, interactive dashboards, advance credit management),
Accounting and Finance Module, Daily Wagers Management, Fleet Management, HRMS, BRS, and
Reporting), Budgeting, Asset Management.

Project Team:

Muneeb, Mubashar Aslam

Challenges Faced:

 Primarily Challenges:
o At project acceptance, we didn’t have a resource for this project, we hired a junior
developer, although he invested his time and efforts, but there is always a difference in
the coding style of a junior and a senior.
 Secondary Challenges:
o Projection was at completion when it was presented to the client and flows were ran in
the meeting with test data, client’s review was appreciating, however later on client
demanded for UI/UX change which is turning to a mega revival/customization.

Key Achievements:

 Hitting a client of uncommon industry, then presenting him the work with extreme shortage
of resources, still getting appraisal and after being satisfied with the functionality, client
demanding UI Customization is in itself is an achievement.

Lessons Learnt / Future Recommendations:

 Client facilitation should be limited or otherwise, client should be charged, as this facilitation
in case of UI Customization is getting the project into trouble and will require much
manpower efforts to get it done.

Project Current State:

 Project UI/UX Updation was in progress when client asked to stop it until they complete the
CRM, and Project Management.

Project Completion:
 Project Completion timeline can’t be asserted at this moment, I have planned a meeting
with the client on 2nd January to discuss project undertakings.

Projects that faced a discontinuance:

Project Resources Involved Cause

Faisal Steel Mubashar, Nouman Data loss
Bakht Rawan Trading Umer Aziz, Mubashar The main focal person of the
client quitted from bakht
rawan and there was no
other person/staff that was
using the erp expect him, as
he was the only literate
person among client’s staff.

Projects that are completed but not live:

Project Resources Involved Cause

VIS Group Kashif Iqbal, Mubashar Client had deployed the ERP
to their inhouse server, and
that server needs to be
upgraded, Mubashar has
talked to the client.
Livechat Umer Aziz, Mubashar No client communication in
development, we received
only generic requirements,
then the client staff involved
in the customizations (their
HR) left, and a new one
joined.
The meeting with new HR was
highly unproductive as he
asked for several options
which weren’t available in the
system. (Neither I had the
staff to carry with their
customizations + client
coordination/behavior was
rude).
