➢ This assignment measures your competencies on how to use MS word as a

professional.
➢ For you to be able to have a best score you are required to include below
instructions on your assignment and other creativity you think may make your
activity smart and neat.
1. All headings must be cantered and bolded with the font size 14.
2. All paragraphs on your document must be justified with 1.15 line spacing.
3. All the listed items should use the bullets or numbering
4. Change the margin of page 3 to Legal size and landscape orientation.
5. Insert header on your document, name it as Individual assignment and add
footer below and name it by your name
6. Your document must have a cover page with no page number, and the
following information;
• IAA logo should be positioned on top centre of your document.
• Your Full name
• Registration number
• Program and year of study.
• Name of your assignment
• Submission date
7. Insert automatic table of content after the cover page.
8. Format the heading level from heading level I which will be represented by
Question number One to Question number Four
9. Format heading level 2 which will be represented with all text with subsection
i.e. all sub parts in question one to question four.
10. Format all other bolded texts with heading level 3.

12. Insert a clustered bar chart to represent your work plan on accomplishment
of this assignment.
13. In the Excel sheet change the information as follows; Columns as Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday and the row categories as attempt
Question 1, attempt Question 2, attempt Question3, and attempt Question4
and Review. Change the chart title to Individual assignment Work plan.
16. Use the Add Chart Element drop-down menu to add a Primary Vertical and
horizontal Axis Title.
