We have tried to generate permits however the option to add property is not showing on our end and only
the Export button is shhowingh

Please note that regarding technical issues you need to send screenshot from the error that you faced and
send it to our technical support team via email Support@dubailand.gov.ae and it will be resolved within 2
working days and you will receive the reply via email.
In case you sent already and it's already exceeded 2 working days without any resolution, Kindly provide us
with ticket reference number to take the required actions.

To register/renew or cancel Real Estate Permit though the Real Estate company’s account in Trakhessi, fill
in the data, attach the required documents and send the application electronically, the request is verified, an
approval is issued, and a notification of approval will be sent through the system, then select a payment
method, and pay the fees electronically
