CARIPOL, a Multi-Public subsidiary to INTERPOL and Ameripol

(1) The Caribbean Community (CARICOM), in partnership with the United States
Government, establishes the Caribbean Police Agency, to be formally known as
CARIPOL;
(2) The Agency shall be purposed with enforcing the regulatory codes of regional trade and
securities exchange, commerce, movement, and industry activities without offending the
continental purposes and protocols of Ameripol and the [apex] authority on law
enforcement issues of INTERPOL worldwide (including within the adjacent United
States);
(3) The headquarters of CARIPOL will be permanently located in the Commonwealth of
Dominica in anticipation of the completed construction of the international airport and the
exponential investment of American companies and contractors in the nation-state; the
Caribbean Community (CARICOM) will not evolve into a mere designated luxury or
 leisure destination, will not serve as a colony of any country, and will be given priority
status as being of a profound political, social, economic, and cultural alliance with the
United States government in perpetuum for protecting the effectiveness of Caripol (aside
other fundamental prerogatives);
(4) An official and formal liaison office will be established in Miami, Florida (USA) for
remaining co-operative with the direct protocols and policies of INTERPOL and Ameripol
and will be under the management of the Central Intelligence Agency's chief agent,
operative, and [executive] manager Shawn Dexter John;
(5) Caripol will not be precluded from arresting and regulating domestic or foreign nationals
and corporations, will not be prohibited from traveling throughout the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM) for accomplishing its general and special assignments (and
obligations), and will not be prohibited from partnering with other agencies, foreign or
domestic, though without imposing any diminution of Human Rights, Civil Liberties, Civil
Society, national and local governments, and rights protective of traditional and
progressive cultures and norms not disrespectful of logic, humanism, [sectoral] human
development directives, or ethics;
(6) Caripol shall establish official and formal liaison offices in London, England, the United
Kingdom of Great Britain (UK) and Paris, France, European Union (EU) for maintaining
properly INTERPOL's universalization of concrete, moral, diplomatic, negotiable, and
pragmatic partnerships and a global system of governance toward [UN] World
Government;
(7) There shall be no de-illumination of fundamental principles on infrastructural
development concerning all operatives, engineers and technicians, scientists, agents,
auditors, [disguised and uniformed] officers, and officials of Caripol as representative of
the Charter of the United Nations (UN), the Treaty of Chaguaramas (Original and
Revised), and the constitutional documents of the Organization of American States
(OAS) and its effective, sole, and popular successor the future political and economic
Union of the Americas (UA);
(8) The impending [Free Trade and] Economic Area of the Americas shall not inhibit the
progressive, cultural, and legitimate work of Caripol as a fundamental proponent and
activist of the trans-continental (hemispheric) integrationist theory and its proper
application; and
(9) We shall promote, prioritize, and illuminate minority Americans' investment in the
Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and vice versa, activities which shall respect, without
arbitrary, unlawful, or unconstitutional deviation, the appropriate regulatory conduct and
[instructive] regional statutes guiding the commendable application and effect(s) of the
professional work of Caripol as subsidiary to INTERPOL and as the primary regional law
enforcement entity (with all such concepts formalized being instructed, audited, and
regulated under regional non-military command).

community, state, or institution unto the operation of Caripol and/or partners when addressing
political, economic, cultural, and social leaders active in the Caribbean region, operation

between law enforcement agencies within the region and universal community prohibitive or
preclusive of harmony, diplomacy, technical co-operation not offending the honest or
