Dear Sir,
On instructions from and on behalf of our Client, M/s Indraprastha Gas Limited, a
Company registered under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, having its
registered office at IGL Bhawan, Plot No. 4, Community Center, Sector 9 R.K
Puram, New Delhi-110022, we do hereby serve upon you with the present Legal
Notice, the content whereof you may note as under.
1. Our Client named above, is a well established and reputed company, engaged
in distribution of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
in various parts of NCR, NCT of Delhi and other geographical areas.
1. You the Notice, had applied for a PNG connection at your premises as
mentioned above. Pursuant to your registration, you were allotted BP No.
2100012958 by our Client and domestic PNG supply was commissioned.
2. Pursuant thereto, our Client had supplied uninterrupted domestic PNG to your
premises through a metered connection. Accordingly, our Client raised periodic
invoices against the PNG consumed.
3. As per our Client’s records, you have not been making payments towards
invoice(s) raised and have thereby grossly defaulted to fulfill your obligations.
