    SUBJECT : Reiteration on Submission of Operations and PCR


    Compliances

    DATE : January 5, 2024

    1. It has been observed that submission of your Operations and PCR reports
    to this Office did not meet target date as specified in the Memorandum that caused
    delay of submission of RHQ reports to higher headquarters. Such late submission of
    reports will be basis of higher headquarters for issuance of explanation.

    2. In this regard, you are directed to submit above-mentioned reports on time


    to avoid explanation and this Office will call the responsible PNCOs twice regarding
    deadline of submission. If said PNCO cannot comply, she/he will be issued an order
    to explain.
