Answer: "I see rejection as a chance to learn and improve. Staying motivated
involves focusing on the positives, celebrating small victories, and maintaining a
strong mindset."

emphasizing the benefits of our product. In order to establish rapport, I must
actively listen, answer problems, and personalize my pitch."

Answer: "Using technologies to make the process more efficient, I categorize leads
according to their potential and urgency. Tasks that are updated and reviewed on a
regular basis guarantee that each lead is given enough time."

Answer: "By remaining calm & empathetic it helps me to de- escalate conflicts from
the customers. Also by actively listening to them, it helps us to make them
satisfied and feel heard about their problem."
