CUCKOO International (MAL) was established on 1 October 2014 to bring
CUCKOO Water Purifiers, Air Purifier and Rice Cooker to the Malaysian market.
Headed by the CEO Mr. Hoe Kian Choon (Mr. KC Hoe), who possesses over 10 years
of experience in the wellness industry, CUCKOO Malaysia achieved an astounding
200% growth within the first 1 year of operation, a tremendous record that has not
been bettered since.
Mr. KC Hoe and his team persevered in working towards their mission of
bringing happiness and wellness to the consumers. Mr. KC Hoe understands that a
good and innovative product is essential in starting a new business that caters to the
good standards of healthier living, and that's why he has chosen CUCKOO.

Independent Service Consultant For Natural Care Service (NCS)
• To complete assigned NCS job.

• To comply to the Service S.O.P. as briefed by the company.
• The warehouse will be start assigning job at 9am during early of every month, the
Independent Service Consultant can collect the job at any time (first come first serve
basis).
• If an Independent Service Consultant is unable to collect the job as per mentioned
time due to personal concern, she may leave a message to notify the PIC, the job will
be assigned to others.
• Independent Service Consultant is freely to contact customer to make service
appointment.
• Independent Service Consultant is required to purchase the service tools to conduct
NCS.
• There are special tools that is required to loan from the company with T&C applies.

mode, indoor fan in quiet speed (Lowest fan speed) for 15min. After 15min, compressor turn off, AC
automatic change to fan mode for 10min. After 10 minutes, AC will turn off.
2. When unit operate in COOL mode with fan Quiet speed (lowest speed), evaporator coil will defrost. In fan
mode, evaporator coil defrost and the defrosted water will bring away the dirt on the evaporator coil and also

HLV Vita-S Air Conditioner: Installation Restriction –

Common Reasons
1. Customer doesn't have budget to pay the additional charges.

2. Horsepower not sufficient to cover the area. (e.g. using 1hp for large living room or open space)
3. Installation of outdoor unit at high-risk building. (e.g. skylift needed for outdoor unit installation
and have safety issue for installer.
4. Customer request to used old conceal pipe. (Not recommend as old piping is not suitable for
inverter and horsepower and might have leaking that installer didn't detect during installation)
5. Installation of units on a wall that is not strong enough to hold the aircon. (Can cause abnormal
sound from the units)
6. The installation requires to used copper pipe more than 35ft. (Not recommend as unit outdoor
will take more time to pump the gas in and to cool the area)
7. No adequate airflow for outdoor unit. (Aircon performance will be affected)
8. At beach home or sea house within 200m from the seaside. (Aircon are more likely to face
corrosion issue)
9. Customer request to install at the different address from that stated in Installation Note.
10. Customer wasn’t aware or forget to apply permit entry from the management.
11. The existing Circuit Breaker (MCB) doesn’t support the aircon power supply which can cause
electric trip, MCB and Outdoor PCB burned. Both 1hp and 1.5hp are recommended to used
separate 20 amps MCB to avoid the tripping.

The warranty covered within Malaysia due manufacturing defects only. This warranty includes On-Site
Service, Spare part & Labor fees from the date of delivery and measured by continuous calendar days
based on a seven-day week.
2. What is not covered under the warranty?

i) General warranty does not include any accessories, enhancements or consumable parts including, but
not limited to, batteries or protective coatings.
ii) Softening of foams and filing composites in pillows, pads, and memory foam occurs naturally does not
constitute a defect under General Warranty.
iii) Wear and tear of fabric and/or upholstery occurs naturally and does not constitute a defect under
general warranty.
iv) General Warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from scenarios listed below: -
a. Improper installation by unauthorized personnel.
b. Unauthorized repairs, modifications and/or tampering of CUCKOO product(s) in the sole judgement of
CUCKOO Service Team.
