Narrative

The meeting happened last September 10, 2022 at 8:48 in the morning. The meeting
started with a prayer led by Mrs. Adorada A. Tubera. The agenda of the meeting are
discussed by the adviser. It was reiterated that even though the students are not obliged to
wear their uniform they are encouraged to wear white t-shirt and jogging pants. It was also
informed to the parents that wearing their uniform are also for their own safety. In terms of
Students behavior, the adviser asked the help of the parents in disciplining their misbehavior.
On the other hand the Homeroom project was also explained to the parents and it was agreed
upon the body that the deadline for the donation of Homeroom project.. Students grades was
also one of the agenda discuss last meeting and it was discussed that the students excel in
their subject and if there are no grades in their subject that means they still have activity or
performances that they need to accomplish. Lastly the adviser was happy to announce that
there are 14 students who will be awarded as With Honors since they got the passing average
of 90% and above. The proud parents are requested to come in front to receive the certificate
and for the photo opportunity. Finally the adviser called the name of the students one by one
for the card distribution. The meeting ended at 10:50 in the morning.
