Hello, my name is Duwini and I'm writing to apply for the Customer Assistant position at Marks and
Spencer I have four plus years of experience working in customer service-focused jobs, including
three years in a retail clothing section and one year in the food section. I would love the opportunity
to continue my retail career at your store.

I've been working as a Retail Sales Assistant at Keels Store for the last four years, which has given me
experience working with large amounts of customers and a wide variety of products. I have proven
that I have both the stamina and patience to navigate holiday rushes, even at a store that sees
thousands of customers a week. My team and our customers are wonderful, but I'm eager for the
opportunity to work in a more intimate setting, like the one you have at Marks and Spencer.

I'm already very familiar with your products since I'm a customer myself. One of my favourite parts
of retail is helping customers find new products to try. At my recent job, I'm regularly in the top five
Retail Sales Assistants for signing customers up for our loyalty program. I also often receive high
marks on customer satisfaction surveys.
