وﺗﺘﺠﺪد ﻟﻤﺪة أو ﻟﻤﺪد ﻣﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺸﻌﺮ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ اﻷﺧﺮ ﺧﻄﻴًﺎ
The contract will be renewed for a similar period .( ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﻧﺘﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ30)ﺑﻌﺪم رﻏﺒﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻗﺒﻞ
unless one of the two parties informs the other in
writing of his unwillingness to renew the contract 30
days before the contract expires.
The second party is subject to a trial period of 90 days ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﺗﺒﺪأ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ90 ﻳﺨﻀﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻔﺘﺮة ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ
starting from the date of commencing work, during ﻣ ﺒﺎ ﺷ ﺮ ﺗ ﻪ ﻟ ﻠ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ و ﻻ ﻳ ﺪ ﺧ ﻞ ﻓ ﻲ ﺣ ﺴﺎ ﺑ ﻬﺎ إ ﺟﺎ ز ة ﻋ ﻴ ﺪ ي ا ﻟ ﻔ ﻄ ﺮ
which Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays and sick و ا ﻷ ﺿ ﺤ ﻰ و ا ﻻ ﺟﺎ ز ة ا ﻟ ﻤ ﺮ ﺿ ﻴ ﺔ و ﻳ ﻜ ﻮ ن ﻟ ﻠ ﻄ ﺮ ﻓ ﻴ ﻦ ا ﻟ ﺤ ﻖ ﻓ ﻲ إ ﻧ ﻬﺎ ء

have the right to terminate the contract during this . ا ﻹ ﻧ ﻬﺎ ء
period, unless the contract specifies the right of one
party to terminate.
Normal working days are set as 6 days per week and أ ﻳ ﺎ م ﻓ ﻲ ا ﻷ ﺳ ﺒ ﻮ ع و ﺗ ﺤ ﺪ د ﺳ ﺎ ﻋ ﺎ ت6 ﺗ ﺤ ﺪ د أ ﻳ ﺎ م ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﺎ د ﻳ ﺔ ﺑـ
working hours are set as 8 daily hours. The first party ﻳﻮﻣﻴًﺎ وﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺄن ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ8 اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑـ
is obliged to pay the second party an additional wage أﺟﺮًا اﺿﺎﻓﻴًﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺳﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻹﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻳﻮازي أﺟﺮ اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﻣﻀﺎﻓًﺎ
for the overtime hours equal to the hourly wage plus . ﻣﻦ أﺟﺮه اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ٪50 إﻟﻴﻪ
50% of his basic wage.
The first party pays the second party a basic fee of 3,500.00 ﻳﺪﻓﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ أﺟﺮًا أﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻗﺪره

The second party deserves for each year a paid annual ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ21 ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻖ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻋﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻋﺎم إﺟﺎزة ﺳﻨﻮﻳﺔ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ

in advance when it is due, and the first party has to ﻳﻮﻣًﺎ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻟﻪ ﺑﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻄﺮف90 اﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎﻗﻬﺎ ﻟﻤﺪة ﻻ ﺗﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻦ
postpone the leave after the end of the year of اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑًﺔ ﺗﺄﺟﻴﻠﻬﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎق
entitlement for a period not exceeding 90 days, and . و ذ ﻟ ﻚ ﺣ ﺴ ﺐ ﻣ ﻘ ﺘ ﻀ ﻴﺎ ت ﻇ ﺮ و ف ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ

recruitment/transfer, the residency fee, the work ﺧ ﺪ ﻣﺎ ﺗ ﻪ إ ﻟ ﻴ ﻪ و ر ﺳ ﻮ م ا ﻹ ﻗﺎ ﻣ ﺔ و ر ﺧ ﺼ ﺔ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻤ ﻞ و ﺗ ﺠ ﺪ ﻳ ﺪ ﻫ ﻤﺎ و ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﺘ ﺮ ﺗ ﺐ

To perform the work entrusted to him in accordance أن ﻳﻨﺠﺰ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﻮﻛﻞ إﻟﻴﻪ وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻷﺻﻮل اﻟﻤﻬﻨﺔ ووﻓﻖ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت
with the principles of the profession and according to ا ﻟ ﻄ ﺮ ف ا ﻷ و ل إ ذ ا ﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﻜ ﻦ ﻓ ﻲ ﻫ ﺬ ه ا ﻟ ﺘ ﻌ ﻠ ﻴ ﻤﺎ ت ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﺨﺎ ﻟ ﻒ ا ﻟ ﻌ ﻘ ﺪ أ و
the instructions of the first party if there is nothing in ا ﻟ ﻨ ﻈﺎ م أ و ا ﻵ د ا ب ا ﻟ ﻌﺎ ﻣ ﺔ و ﻟ ﻢ ﻳ ﻜ ﻦ ﻓ ﻲ ﺗ ﻨ ﻔ ﻴ ﺬ ﻫﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳ ﻌ ﺮ ﺿ ﻪ ﻟ ﻠ ﺨ ﻄ ﺮ

To provide assistance and support without requiring أن ﻳﻘﺪم ﻛﻞ ﻋﻮن وﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪة دون أن ﻳﺸﺘﺮط ﻟﺬﻟﻚ أﺟﺮًا إﺿﺎﻓﻴًﺎ ﻓﻲ

To undergo any medical examinations required by the أن ﻳﺨﻀﻊ وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﻄﻠﺐ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻟﻠﻔﺤﻮص اﻟﻄﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺮﻏﺐ

1. The First Party has the right at any time based on ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻓﻲ أي وﻗﺖ ﺣﺴﺒﻤﺎ ﻳﺮاه ﻣﺤﻘﻘًﺎ.1

Second Party refuses to obey without a valid ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻔًﺎ ﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول وﻣﺨًﻼ ﺑﺈﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎﺗﻪ

2. The First Party has the right to assign to the وﻃﺎﻟﻤﺎ أن اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﺘﻔﻘًﺎ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺆﻫﻼت اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ،اﻟﻌﻘﺪ
Second Party any work which does not have 38 ﻣﻊ ﻋﺪم اﻹﺧﻼل ﺑﺄﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻤﺎدة،اﻟﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ وﺧﺒﺮاﺗﻪ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ

3. Travel Tickets The First Party shall provide a ا ﻟ ﺪا ﺧ ﻠ ﻴ ﺔ ﻟ ﻠ ﺸ ﺮ ﻛ ﺔ
vacation tickets and exit re entrys to the Second ﻣﺪة اﻹﺷﻌﺎر ﻳﻠﺘﺰم أي ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﻋﻨﺪ إﻧﻬﺎﺋﻪ ﻟﻠﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ.4
