4X9m 硅砂磨技改方案

Technical modification proposal for Φ2.4X9m sand mill

贵公司Φ2.4X9m 硅砂磨圈流生产硅砂，入磨物料：硅砂、高岭石砂，粒度≤10mm,综合水
分 0.2%，磨尾配套 O-SEPA N-500 选粉机。现就磨内结构改造，提出如下方案：

Φ2.4X9m sand mill with O-SEPA N-500 separator.

Feeding material: Silica Sand and Kaolinite Sand Size ≤10mm, moisture:0.2%

As per your request, please check below technical proposal:

1、采用两仓磨，第一仓有效长度 4.0m，其余为二仓；根据人孔实际情况，通过变动隔仓
板位置，实现一仓有效长度在 250mm 以内调整。

Using two chambers, the length of first chamber is 4.0m, others belong to send chamber; As per actual

condition of manhole, can modify the effective length of first chamber within 250mm by change the

location of diaphragm plates.

2、采用复合防堵型组合筛分双层隔仓装置，中位出料。内圈篦板、盲板采用复合防堵型结
构，篦板篦缝宽 6mm，开孔率 10%以上，隔仓筛板筛孔宽度 4mm 符合 GB/T12620 国标 Z 型排列
长圆孔，开孔率≥31%；篦板与筛板之间间 50mm; 内圈盲板篦缝 5mm,开孔率为 8%以上；中心
筛通风板篦缝为 6mm，中心筛板开孔率大于 35%。

Using compound anti-blocking type combined screening double-layer diaphragm device, discharge in the

middle. Inside circle grate plate, blind plate using compound anti-blocking type, with 6mm width of grate

seem for grate plate, and hole opening rate more than 10%, the width of screen hole is 4mm for

diaphragm screen plates, which is meet the requirement of standard GB/T12620, Z type, long round

holes.Hole opening rate ≥31%. The distance between grate plate and screen plate is 50mm; The seam

of inner circle blind plate is 5mm, and the opening rate is more than 8%; The grate seam of the central

screen ventilation plate is 6mm, and the opening rate of the central screen plate is greater than 35%.

3、衬板 Liner1）、一仓采用沟槽提升衬板，强调对物料进行破碎研磨；

钢球在与衬板接触无死角 The balls has no dead Angle in contact with the liner
 2）、二仓采用小波纹衬板+活化环，波纹数 5 个波，波高 14~16mm，活化环间距 1.25 ~1.5mm
排列。

Second chamber using small Corrugated liner + activation ring, 5waves for one liner, wave height is

14~16mm, activation ring spacing is 1.25 ~1.5mm.

5、出料篦板，磨尾出料采用复合防堵型篦板，篦板篦缝 4mm，开孔率 9%以上，镂空铸件保

证耐磨及刚度。304 不锈钢筛板确保过料与通风，中心板开孔率大于 30%。
加强磨尾锁风效果，确保磨内通风；同时陶瓷球级配需重新调整。

Discharging grate plate

Using combined anti-blocking type grate plate with seam width 4mm, opening rate 9%. Hollow castings

guarantee wear resistance and stiffness Using stainless-304 steel sieve plates to guarantee material

passing and ventilation, hole opening rate of center plate should more than 30%.

Strengthen the wind lock effect at the end of the mill to ensure ventilation in the mill;In the meantime, the

size and weight of ceramic balls should be adjustable accordingly.
