products from all over the world. The presence of Unilever is so strong that people are reliable on their

dove and Omo.

Weakness:

Unilever faces strong competition in Brazil and all over the world. This impacts the overall market price
and strategies. The spending pattern of the people in Brazil is not that much so they have to keep on
pushing themselves with the piecing range.

Opportunities:

Unilever launches many products relevant to health. This is great for growth. Having their products
online can be of good use so that people get more aware of their products and buy them.

Threats:

Customers fly towards a good product. Rapid shift in the trends can be a flaw for every brand.
