Case 1
• A 70-year-old woman has a labial lesion. The lesion was surgically removed and prepared for
routine histopathological examination
According to the shown clinical photo as well as histopathological photomicrographs

Case 2
A 22-year-old patient complains of a large mass involving his tongue and interferes
with eating and mastication. A biopsy from the lesion was taken & you receive his
histopathological report.
Histopathological examination of H&E stained section revealed a connective tissue
lesion formed of many blood spaces lined by endothelial cells with intervening
collagen fibers & fibroblasts. The lesion was covered by stratified squamous
epithelium.
Diagnosis
Hemangioma
