Case 2
A 22-year-old patient complains of a large mass involving his tongue and interferes
with eating and mastication. A biopsy from the lesion was taken & you receive his
histopathological report.
Histopathological examination of H&E stained section revealed a connective tissue
lesion formed of many blood spaces lined by endothelial cells with intervening
collagen fibers & fibroblasts. The lesion was covered by stratified squamous
epithelium.

fibromas by a general pathologist. History of the patient reveals GIT problems. One of thejaw
lesions was surgically removed and One of the jaw lesions was surgically removed and you
receive the histopathological report.
Histopathological examination of H&E stained section
revealed dense bone trabeculae arranged in the form of
concentric lamellae surrounding narrow marrow spaces.
