    Dear Sir,

    I am writing to inform you that I require a leave of absence for three months, starting from
    the last working day of this year, which is December 31, 2023. During this period, I understand
    that I will not be receiving my salary from ZFP.

    Furthermore, I am willing to renew my Iqama for the said period at my own expense. I
    understand that the payment for this renewal will be made in cash.

    I hope that my request will be granted and that the necessary arrangements can be made to
    facilitate this process. I am ready to provide any additional information or fulfill any
    requirements needed for this process.
