Eddy Soeparno | Director & CFO
Eddy Soeparno was born in Jakarta in
1965 and earned both Bachelor and
Master degrees in Law (cum laude) from
Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta.
He has held the position of Director &
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2009
and also holds the position of
Commissioner at PT Bakrie Sumatera
Plantations Tbk. since June 2011. He
joined Bakrie Group in July 2008 as CFO
of PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure.
Currently he also serves as Deputy Head
Standing Committee for Capital Market
and Finance of KADIN (Indonesian
Chamber of Commerce). He has 20 years
of banking experience at a number of
foreign banks with postings in Jakarta,
Singapore and Hong Kong. Before joining
the Bakrie group, he served as as
Director of Investment Banking at Merrill
Lynch.
Eddy Soeparno | Direktur & CFO
Eddy Soeparno lahir di Jakarta pada
tahun 1965 dan memperoleh gelar
Sarjana dan Pasca Sarjana (Cum Laude)
dari Universitas Indonesia.
Beliau menjabat sebagai Direktur & Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) sejak 2009, serta
menjabat sebagai Komisaris PT Bakrie
Sumatera Plantations Tbk. sejak Juni
2011. Beliau bergabung dengan Grup
Bakrie sejak Juli 2008 sebagai CFO PT
Bakrie Indo Infrastructure. Saat ini,
beliau juga memegang jabatan Wakil
Ketua, Komite Tetap Pasar Modal dan
Keuangan KADIN. Beliau memiliki 20
tahun pengalaman di sektor perbankan
dengan penempatan kerja di Jakarta,
Singapore dan Hong Kong. Sebelum
bergabung dengan grup Bakrie, beliau
menjabat sebagai Direktur Investment
Banking di Merrill Lynch.
Dody Taufiq Wijaya | Independent
Director
Dody Taufiq Wijaya was born in Jakarta
on October 1966 and earned an
Accounting degree in 1993 from
Indonesian State College of Accountancy
(STAN), Jakarta and a Master of
Commerce with Advanced Specialization
in Accounting from the University of New
South Wales (UNSW), Sydney Australia in
1998.
He was appointed as an Independent
Director since June 2014, previously
since 2010 he has held the position of
Director. He has been the Chief Risk
Officer (CRO) of the Company since June
2009 and started his career at the
Company as the Internal Audit Manager
(2002-2005). He was then appointed as
Head of Risk Management & Internal
Audit (2005-2008) and Vice President
Project Support & Control at PT Bakrie
Indo Infrastructure (2008-2009). He was
an auditor for 15 years at several
government agencies and institutions.
Currently he held the position as Deputy
Head of the Permanent Committee on
Good Corporate Governance KADIN
Indonesia. He is also a Certified Internal
Auditor (CIA) and a Chartered
Accountant (CA), also a member of
PRMIA, GARP, Indonesia Prima, the
Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and
the Association of Indonesian
Accountants (IAI).

Dody Taufiq Wijaya lahir di Jakarta pada

Development Officer
Indra Ginting was born in 1966. He
earned a degree in Chemical Engineering
from Bandung Institute of Technology in
December 1989 and then obtained a
Master’s degree in International
Management from University of
Indonesia in October 1994.
He joined the Company since the
beginning of 2011, initially as the Chief
Investor Relations Officer. In January
2013, he was appointed as the Chief
Strategic Business Development Officer
until now. Previously, he held the
position of Director of Investor Relations
and Corporate Secretary for PT
International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (now
PT Vale Indonesia Tbk) in 2003 to early
2011, as President Director and Principal
Fund Manager of PT MLC Investment
Indonesia, Jakarta in 1999 until 2003.
Prior to that role, Indra had experienced
as stock analyst for five years at two
different domestic securities companies.
He started his career as Manufacturing
Engineer as soon as he earned the
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical
Engineering.

Anandh R. Haridh | Chief Investment
Officer
Anand Haridh joined Bakrie & Brothers in
August 2010. He holds an MBA from The
Wharton School, University of
Pennsylvania, M.S. in Chemical
Engineering from Oklahoma State
University and B.E. (Hons) in Chemical
Engineering from B.I.T.S., Pilani, India.
He has 18 years of global financial
markets experience, split between New
York, London and Singapore, to BNBR. He
started his finance career on the
derivatives trading desk at Merrill Lynch
and subsequently held several positions
within capital markets at Merrill Lynch,
most recently running equity and equity
linked capital markets for part of Asia. He
was also a portfolio manager at a New
York based hedge fund. Prior to his
career in finance, he worked as a
consulting engineer to oil companies in
the Los Angeles region.
Anand Haridh bergabung dengan PT
Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. pada Agustus
2010. Beliau meraih gelar MBA dari The
Wharton School, Universitas
Pennsylvania, gelar Master bidang Teknik
Kimia dari Universitas Oklahoma dan
gelar Sarjana Teknik (kehormatan)
bidang Teknik Kimia dari B.I.T.S., Pilani,
India.
Beliau memiliki pengalaman 18 tahun di
pasar keuangan global, mulai dari New
York, London dan Singapura kepada
BNBR. Beliau memulai karirnya di bidang
keuangan sebagai salah satu staf
perdagangan derivatif di Merrill Lynch
dan kemudian memegang beberapa
jabatanpenting di bidang pasar keuangan
masih di Merrill Lynch, di mana
jabatannya yang terakhir terkait dengan
pengelolaan ekuitas dan ekuitas terkait
pasar modal untuk wilayah Asia. Beliau
juga pernah menjabat posisi manajer
portofolio di salah satu perusahaan
lindung nilai (hedge fund) yang berbasis
di New York. Sebelum menjajaki karir
keuangan, beliau pernah bekerja sebagai
