I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to formally inform you of my daughter’s, Darlyn Pearl M. Rasi, intention to transfer
from the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) degree to the Bachelor of Science in Accounting
Information Systems (BSAIS) program at National University-Laguna. This choice, which has been well
thought out and discussed between us, is the result of my child’s unforeseen personal and academic
struggles that have had a big influence on their academic path.
My daughter’s goal is to achieve academic excellence and make a positive impact on the campus
community. Making the move to the BSAIS program was a calculated and deliberate move that will help
them reach their full potential and succeed academically in a field that greatly aligns with their
objectives and desires.
We are grateful for your understanding and anticipate your guidance and support during this
period of transition.
