SCHOOL POLICIES

CLASSROOM TRAINING:
1. No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom.
2. The use of mobile devices is strictly prohibited during in class and in car sessions.
3. If the AMB Driving School workbook is lost or misplaced, a new one must be purchased for $10.
4. Must provide student/course number when requesting any information regarding student’s status in the course.

IN-CAR LESSONS:
1. In-car assessment cannot be done until the 5 hour in-class or on-line session has been completed.
2. An additional $50.00/hour* fee will be charged if student misses an in-car lesson without providing 24 hour cancellation
notice to the instructor.
3. In the event of winter or extreme weather conditions, an in car lesson can be cancelled at the discretion of the in-car
instructor with no penalty to the student. Weather related cancellations are made at the discretion of the instructor only.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF:


1. Pick up and drop off for in car assessment will be from an AMB Driving School location address in the GTA.

INQUIRIES:
1. All inquiries or concerns students have may be directed to info@ambdriving.com
2. All texting/email communication with the driving school staff o instructors will be addressed within 1-2 business days.
3. AMB Driving School requests a respectful code of conduct with all instructor/staff communication via text, email, phone
and in person

CERTIFICATION

1. AMB Driving School will issue a certificate by email 5-7 business days after your in-car assessment.
2. Certification status must be checked within 1 year of the start date. If student is not certified at that point, student
is unable to be certified.

REFUND POLICIES

Refund requests must be made via email to info@ambdriving.com. Refunds can only be processed up to 1 year after the
start date of the course. The Course is fully non-refundable after 1 year of start date. The total monies received will be
deducted by the following costs based on services rendered:
- $100 non-refundable admin fee applies once in-class, online modules or in-car session begins (whichever comes first)
- $100 charged per in class day or 5 hours of online modules completed
- $50 charged per hour of in car lessons completed (1 hour= $50, 2 hours $100)
