Subject: Agreement for Pokhara Tour between Seven Semester and Civil Department

Dear student,

I am writing to formalize an agreement between the Fourth Semester Students of the Ritz College of Engineering
and Management and the Civil Department for a tour to Pokhara, scheduled for the 2nd of Jan, 2024 to 4th Jan
2024 . This agreement outlines the rules and regulations for the tour, and establishes that the college and
department will not guarantee any assistance or intervention in the event of issues such as police cases, local
fights, hotel-related problems, or any other issues caused by the students during the tour.

1. Purpose and Itinerary:

a. The purpose of the tour is to provide students with an opportunity for recreation, exposure to cultural
diversity, and a practical understanding of civil engineering projects in Pokhara.

b. The itinerary for the tour, including specific locations and activities, will be shared with the students prior to
departure. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated accordingly.

2. Responsibilities:

a. The Ritz College of Engineering and Management and the Civil Department will facilitate the necessary
arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and permissions required for the tour.

b. The students are responsible for their behavior, safety, and adherence to the rules and regulations set forth in
this agreement.

3. Code of Conduct:

a. Students must conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the tour, showing consideration for
local customs, laws, and regulations.

b. Students shall not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to substance abuse, vandalism,
theft, or any behavior that may harm the reputation of the college, department, or fellow students.

c. Students shall follow the instructions provided by the designated tour leaders and authorities.

d. Students are responsible for their personal belongings, and the college and department will not be held liable
for any loss or damage to personal property.
4. Consequences:

a. In the event that a student violates any of the rules and regulations outlined in this agreement, appropriate
disciplinary actions will be taken, including but not limited to restriction from future college events and tours

b. The college and department reserve the right to take legal action if a student's actions lead to legal
repercussions.

5. Disclaimer:

a. The Ritz College of Engineering and Management and the Civil Department will not be held responsible for any
incidents or accidents that occur during the tour, including but not limited to police cases, local fights, hotel-
related issues, or any other personal disputes or conflicts that arise between students.

b. Each student attending the tour must understand and accept the inherent risks associated with travel and take
necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

c. Student can accept any lodging fooding provided by college and there is no any complain regarding lodging
fooding e.t.c.

d. There is set of meals limit can be provided by college student must accept this meals limit.

e. if there is any extra day can be sitted or can be remain college cannot provided fund for them

f. if anyone misbehaves with supervisor they will suspended from college

Please note that by signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and
conditions of this agreement, and you agree to comply with them throughout the duration of the tour.
